Maybe grey out the line? (or any other colour)

I just had one confused librarian (new to Koha) ask me why someone could renew
their checkout while there was a hold on it, and the only hint that the hold
was suspended is that the button says "Unsuspend" rather that "Suspend".

There was only one hold on that particular title, I'm not sure having a
different tab would have helped. She would probably not have seen that the tab
was different.
