Bug 31663: Item transfers are not correctly displayed on item details page

To test:
1 - Set an item in transit and confirm the transfer
2 - View details page for biblio
3 - Item shows 'Available'
4 - Apply patch
5 - Restart_all, reload page
6 - Item appears in transit
