+1 Our library handles blocks for linked accounts in the same way as Wally's
library. It takes a lot of staff time to manually block all of the associated
accounts.  Staff generally also adds notes to each account so that anyone
assisting a patron can understand why the accounts are blocked.  Having this
functionality would save so much staff time and reduce errors.
