Are you self-hosting your Koha or do you have a vendor managing it for you?

Yours is more of a support question, and we typically use Bugzilla just for
reporting software bugs and enhancement requests, so I'd ask you to consider
one of the options from https://koha-community.org/support/ 

If you're having trouble logging in, you'll probably need to reset it from the
backend. I can send you more details about that. Alternatively, you could try
logging in via the OPAC and see if there the password reset feature has been
enabled there.
