I've actually been thinking it could be interesting to have a "profile" passed
to koha-create which would reset/override certain settings. 

I was thinking more so for vendors to provide a certain "configuration" to all
their instances at install time, but doing some profiles by library type could
be interesting too. 

I suppose that would be before the onboarding tool though...
