Bug 33038: Add classes to patroncategorycode for easier customization

To test:
1. Pull up a patron and look at the patroncategory inside the patronbriefinfo.
Description and code are together in one HTML element, they are hard to
seperate.
2. Apply patch.
3. Look again and notice the new classes.
