As Katrin said, if you go to
https://koha-community.org/support/koha-mailing-lists/ and click on "Join the
mailing list", you can send out emails to the global Koha community. 

If you go to https://koha-community.org/get-involved/irc/ and click "connect
directly to the Koha channel through your browser" you can also chat in real
time.

I'm in the same timezone as you, so I could give you some advice.
