Bug 32607: Add CRUD for import sources

This patch adds vue components to create, read, update and delete import
sources

To test:
1. apply patches
2. updatedatabase
3. yarn build_js
4. go to Administration -> Import sources
5. play around with the ui and create, update, remove and search import sources
6. Sign off ;)
