QA comments addressed:

All changes removed from .pl files and plugins dealt with exclusively in the
template files

Unnecessary JS variables removed from template scripts

Class names updated as suggested, plugin .kpz files also updated and
re-released to reflect this

Patch also rebased, hopefully everything should work as expected!
