This is where 'credit type' and 'payment/transaction type' differ... credit
types are configurable, but transaction types aren't at this time.. most places
you select the payment/transaction type at transaction time.. is there's
somewhere missing this and could you not select 'Cheque' for 'Credit type' with
'Cash' as transaction type?
