I managed to test and PQA on all but:

> - unimarc_field_125.pl (bug 32853)
> - unimarc_field_126.pl (bug 32856)

These also work in theory, but don't appear to make sense. Some insight would
be good.

I am missing some plugins in the list - especially almos all marc21* ones. Do
we have a way to check which plugins still need updating?
