Additional notes:
* It would be interesting to have a delay between the requests
* We are retrieving the 20 first license when clicking the "Add new license"
button and when opening the dropdown list. Seems like there is an extra one, is
it hiding something?
* About the scrollbar hitting top when scrolling down, did you have a look at
'more'? https://select2.org/data-sources/ajax#pagination
