I've added a setTimeout for 2 seconds between the requests

This is now fixed, originally I need to pre-fill the data in the component to
make the pagination work but I've solved that issue and it now loads the data
only when its opened

There isn't a similar functionality for v-select, I'm trying a different method
using v-autocomplete as a second option. I'll try and finish that before I go
on holiday and see if it offers any improvement
