Testing notes (using KTD):

1. In the staff interface, edit and item for a record.
2. Note that there is no calendar icon in the 'd - Date acquired' input field.
3. Apply the patch.
4. Rebuild: yarn build
5. Restart all the things: flush_memecached, restart_all
6. Repeat step 1 (refresh the page if required).
7. There is now a calendar icon in the date acquired field.
