When accessing the /cgi-bin/koha/opac-signs.pl, i get :

Could not compile /kohadevbox/koha/opac/opac-signs.pl: "GetMarcBiblio" is not
exported by the C4::Biblio module
Can't continue after import errors at /kohadevbox/koha/opac/opac-signs.pl line
23.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /kohadevbox/koha/opac/opac-signs.pl line

While at this, it would be useful to optimize the steps, like setting up the
prerequisit first :
Creating the SIGN reports first
Then the Sign stream
followed be the sign itself.

It's a nice feature. I would suggest to name it "Digital Signage" in order to
match that kind of product (Xibo, Broadcast, ...)
