I have same problem

Upgrade to 23.05.00.002 [14:53:05]: Bug 21983 - Deleted biblio handling on ILL
ERROR: {UNKNOWN}: DBI Exception: DBD::mysql::db do failed: Duplicate key name
'illrequests_bibfk' at /usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Installer.pm line 741

but I can't find illrequests_bibfk in any table of my database.
