Nice work Caroline!

The only one thing I noted is that 881$a is missing.

Is there a general rule about where a tag and subfields should be visible in
the editor or not?

Testing notes (using KTD):

1. After the patch is applied, I used reset_all to make the changes to the
default framework visible. flush_memcached and restart_all with a fresh browser
wasn't sufficient.
