We moved the site to a new server (but not the database, which is on a
separate/dedicated server), but the problem remains, with the exact same error
in the logs that I reported initially. 

The versions are now: 

- Koha 22.11.12-1
- Database: 10.3.38-MariaDB-0ubuntu0.20.04.1-log
- Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS
