We change change locations from new book display to regular shelving at the 180
day mark but the location changes depending on the call number using wild
characters would make it possible to make changes based on call number.

Age:180 days    
Age Field: items.dateaccessioned
Conditions: items.itemcallnumber = LP W %
Substitutions: items.permanent_location = WESTERN

Currently we can make the change to itype at 180 days because it is a exact
itype.
