I created a sandbox with these patches, but it doesn't seem to have the new
table. I get the following error when I go to
/cgi-bin/koha/admin/float_limits.pl: 

DBIx::Class::Storage::DBI::_dbh_execute(): DBI Exception: DBD::mysql::st
execute failed: Table 'koha_floatie.library_float_limits' doesn't exist at
/kohadevbox/koha/Koha/Objects.pm line 317
