Sorry about the confusion, I should have added more context in the first
comment.

As Jonathan said it's indeed about a MARC21<->KBART mapping.

This one seems to have info we don't have.

This is the one I used initially.

I think I will keep this bug opened but lower its priority, it does not seem
important for now. Correct me if I am wrong and that you really need an
additional mapping.
