Bug 29822: Use the modal

This looks silly to me... and it still requires changes to

koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/includes/patron-search.inc
koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/includes/member-search-box.inc
koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/includes/js_includes.inc

and a database update.
