I think not.
Looks like en enhancement.

And this is strange :
In perl :
  heading => $field->as_string(),
  relator  => ( $field->subfield( 'e' ) // undef ),
In TT :
  [% authorize.heading | html %] [% authorize.relator | html %]
"authorize.heading" should already contain subfield $e no ?
