I assumed this meant the way in which you could navigate with jQuery UI tabs. 

In 21.11.x if your focus is on one of the UI tabs you can use the arrow keys to
navigate between the tabs. You can see what I mean in this demo as well:

One cannot navigate like this in 22.05 and up.
