I didn't even realize that the sql search would be case-insensitive.  Now that
you mention it, of course it is.

Anyway, here's a patch that just pulls from AV Bsort1 and Bsort2, using
av-build-dropbox.inc, so it's either a select or an input.  I can do otherwise
on my local fork if it upsets my librarians (which I expect it will).
