Ok, I've done all the things.

The warning message could be re-worded by myself or QA. Please provide feedback
on that.

The wiki page "Database_row_format" also doesn't share exact details about how
to detail with the problem. Rather, it refers back to this bug report and the
MariaDb troubleshooting page.

Hopefully now the majority of the hard work is done, so we can get this one
resolved soon.
