LDR, pos. 7 i = integrating resource and s = serial are treated the same in the
XSLT views for detail page and results list. They are not the same and we
should use individual icons or at least descriptive texts.

For example a i resource could be a loose leaf binder, but is now displayed
with a serial icon. 

Ideally we should use the descriptions of 008, Pos. 21 if LDR Pos. 7 = i.
