This appears to still be valid:

C4/Reserves.pm:         { status => pickupNotInHoldGroup }, pickup location is
not in hold group, and pickup locations are only allowed from hold groups.
C4/Reserves.pm:            return { status => 'pickupNotInHoldGroup' };
