This is an old bug report that looks like there was a problem with the database
schema:

Error while loading /etc/koha/plack.psgi: Can't load application from file
"/usr/share/koha/api/v1/app.pl": Possibly a typo in schema? Could not find
"/patron_id_pp" in "parameters/patron.json#/patron_id_pp"
(parameters/patron.json#/patron_id_pp) at
/usr/local/share/perl/5.26.1/JSON/Validator.pm line 419....

I am closing as this had no more comments and doesn't appear to be an issue in
current versions. Please reopen if you can reproduce the issue or provide more
information!
