Just for a workaround: it's possible to set an issue to claimed from the
serials collection page. But it doesn't update claims count or claim date. So
this is still needed.

Another workaround is to send the claim notice to the library or use the
download option (and then reload the page).

Adding a "Mark claimed" button seems not to hard to do and could be a nice
enhancement here!
