By receipt I mean check out slip.  Maybe a new selection in the print action
button to add slip notes, that would bring up a modal for entry.  Not something
that needs to be added to the db.  I could actually accomplish this through
jQuery, by creating a variable and dumping the contents in the end of the slip.
 But it would be a good tool to add out of the box.

Maybe the series info could be on another bug.
