This hardcodes notforloan => 0 on finishing receive. But we have more flexible
features now that allow to do this:

AcqItemSetSubfieldsWhenReceived = allows to change any subfield to any value on
receive

UpdateNotForLoanStatusOnCheckin = allows any notforloan value to be set to any
other notforloan on checkin
