When the cataloging is completed, field 100 presents error 500 in the system.
but if it is cataloged and field 100 is left blank, it allows saving and
creating items.

As the koha system was updated, from version 22.05 to 11.22.01 also the fines
do not apply, the system is in ubuntu 20.04 and mariadb 10.5
