I've compared the information shown in the Z39.50 result list for the advanced
and the standard editor:

Standard is missing:
* Subtitle (245$b for MARC21)
* ISSN (022$a for MARC21)

Advanced is missing:
* Author (100$a, 110$a, 111$a in MARC21?)


We could also adjust the column names and sequence to match up maybe:

* Server = Source (name of the target)
* Year = Published
