Sometimes libraries want to use the serials module to track subscriptions that
should not be visible in the subscription and other tabs in the OPAC. 


These could be internal subscriptions for library staff, but also when the
subscription module is used to track loose leafs or other more unusual items. 

It would be great if there was a 'hide in OPAC' option that would allow to hide
these subscriptions from the subscription and brief/full serial history pages.
