record

When using the basic editor, it is possible to edit protected fields. It would
be nice to either grey-out (or prevent) editing or provide some other warning
that a field is protected prior to saving.
To recreate:
1. Create a Record overlay rule with Source, z39.50, 590, protect, skip, skip,
skip, skip.
2. Edit a bib record and add a 590 local note.
3. Save
4. Edit the field again and select Replace record via z39.50.
5. Before saving, change the wording of the local note.
6. Save.
7. Look for the note and see that the edits were not saved and the field is
protected as it should be.
In this case the record overlay rule is working as it should, but it should not
have been editable in the first place.
