I guess you missed the latest change on this dbrev.
You could apply the last follow-up to your install or pick the SQL statements
from the last patch and run them under mysql client.

Especially:
SET FOREIGN_KEY_CHECKS=0;
ALTER TABLE borrower_relationships CHANGE COLUMN guarantor_id guarantor_id
int(11) NOT NULL
SET FOREIGN_KEY_CHECKS=1
