The opposite would be handy to have too. I'd like a way to batch cancel or
write off fines and fees, especially by date or from a report. If they haven't
been paid in over 7 or 10 years, they're not likely to be. I suspect this would
need to be a new batch edit tool that targets account lines instead of patrons.
