Sure. I just gave you few examples.
In the .pm and .pl we normally add the license and copyright.
A lot of js is in the .tt files without license/copyright.
There are indeed some separate js files. They normally dont contain that info.
And I agree that they probably should. But perhaps move that to another
report..
