Hi!

@Jonathan, I used https://staff-preservatio.sandboxes.biblibre.eu/ to test and
followed the test plan:  everything worked!  I didn't use this to sign off,
since you said not to.  (I didn't get any of the errors that Laurence got, and
didn't experience any slowness.)

I created a sandbox at biblibre.eu with your instructions to use the remote
branch, etc., and tried using that to sign off, but it didn't work.

I want to sign off, but don't know how to do it directly here in Bugzilla, and
the instructions on signing off on the wiki at:
https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Sandboxes#Step_4:_Sign-off
Just say how to do it using a sandbox.

So, how can I sign off...?
