There's a typo in atomicupdate file. 

"SELECT * FROM vendor_edit_accounts" should be "SELECT * FROM
vendor_edi_accounts"

Also there's no table edi_vendor_accounts.

Oh and also SET password = $password needs guotation marks around $password
