I'm not sure the best way to test this one...

"prove t/db_dependent/AuthorisedValues.t" succeeds.

Koha::AuthorisedValues->get_description_by_koha_field is used across Koha, but
the scenario of having non-existent AV values doesn't seem to pop up a lot. I
first noticed it in inventory.pl in bug 31216.
