After an update to 23.05. items are not created when 'receive' is clicked and
item metadata was inserted.


to recreate the issue
- create new basket with setting:  Create items when: receiving an order
- add to basket f.e. from new empty record and fill out mandatory values
- close basket
- on the same vendor click 'receive shipments'
- click on 'receive' and and fill in item info on the item dialog
- click 'add item'
- click 'confirm'
- notice that 'Already received' table has no entries until you reload that
page
- go to the record (summary column) and notice that no items were created
