Bug 33102: Display fields from biblioitems in OPAC Cart

The OPAC cart only displays biblio fields coming from 'biblio' table.
Fields from biblioitems table aren't displayed anymore.

TO TEST:

1. Populate a cart in OPAC and display it.
2. You can see that Year column is empty (if you don't have copyright
   field).
3. Apply the patch.
4. You can see more fields in cart simple/detailed view.
