I tried to test a patch and forgot to check if it had pending dependencies and
ended up applying over 9000 dependent bugs and ended up with this one not
applying.

Anyway it's not ready until the dependencies are dealt with. Since it's status
is BLOCKED, I'm not changing it and letting the info here for futur. (or in
case you want gradual rebases instead of a big one)
