I don't remember exactly right now, but I recall wkhtmltopdf could use
weasyprint as backend, or latex. And the latter was like 800MB in dependencies.

I agree we should move forward with this, and even centralize PDF generation in
a class and make the v backend swappable until we find the perfect tool.

I didn't know about chrome/chromium headless.
