I think that this needs a bit more attention still but did not yet finish qa on
it.

Came across this exception with inventory form:
DBIx::Class::Storage::DBI::_dbh_execute(): DBI Exception: DBD::mysql::st

Resuming next week. Fine for me to keep it BLOCKED now.
