Not sure how many other cases it would enable, but the bug 33159 comment 28
thing of searching for Heading-use-main-or-added-entry = 'a' while linking
1xx/7xx would work for LCSH plus FAST, since the FAST name authority records
correctly have 008/14 set to b.
