Maybe give us the settings for the layout and template you are using and the
resulting pdf file? I think it would help recreate the problem if we have the
exact measurements and everything.

If the callnumbers are running off, it might be to do with callnumber
splitting? Depending on the classification source, the splitting rule might not
be splitting like you would think.
