            Bug ID: 33651
Summary: Separate user permissions for tools/batchMod.pl versus
                    tools/automatic_item_modification_by_age.pl

           Product: Koha
           Version: master
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P5 - low
         Component: Staff interface

The user permission items_batchmod gives access to both the batch item
modification tool, and the configuration page for batch item modification by
age rules. Even if items_batchmod_restricted is also checked, the user has
unrestricted access to the batch modification by age rules. We need all staff
to have at least restricted access to the batch item modification tool, but the
batch item modification by age rules should only be accessible to whoever is
responsible for configuring them (in our case, superlibrarians only). There
should be a separate permission specifically for access to configure the item
modification by age rules.
